So many different kinds of things that people want to change about their eating, from the big famous ones such as anorexia and bulimia to nightime habits of raiding the fridge, secret chocolate bars and so forth.
They all share one common aspect. Whatever eating habit you have adopted that you are ready to change now, you adopted it because of the feelings it gave you. So let’s find something better to give you those feelings and you can forget all about unhealthy eating. Food can once more become the pleasure and health-giving delight that it used to be.
In the process, we might well find out that you had a particular reason for those unhealthy food habits or weight issues, and that you are ready to make a breakthrough concerning this reason now!
