Imagine you have a friend, and that they like going to the movies. And like all of us, when they are in that movie theatre/cinema, deeply in the trance of what they are viewing and listening to, there will be times when they laugh, times when they cry, times when they smile with recognition, times that they relax and times that they tense up. All this is normal. We know how to make our bodies change heart rate, blood pressure, chemistry and every other aspect imaginable whilst we watch a movie. We are experts.
I am willing to bet that there is something you do regularly that you wish you didn’t. Something self-defeating perhaps, or something you do and then regret and then do again. And again.
Could be something as small as smoking or as big as repeated bad relationship choices, but there will be some kind of cycle involved and, probably, just when you thought you had it “beat”, kerr-pow there it is again, cropping up irresistibly.
On my flyers listing the areas in which I help people change their lives, one item is “Addictions”… but to be honest, I could pretty much cut out the rest of the list and use that as a heading for EVERYTHING I do, for the good people who come to me are, almost without exception, addicted to one pattern of behaviour, one set of feelings, and wanting to be free from that tyranny. Free to choose. Free to take the path they really want. Free to have …something new.

How are your vibrations?
Sound like a hippy, lefty, tree-hugging, unscientific sort of question, even though I didn’t add “baby” or “dude” at the end?
I wonder, though, which vibrations you like best. I’m willing to bet that when you are cold, you quite like vibrations that heat you coming from a radiator or fire, almost as much as you like those sunlight vibrations on your skin in the summer time, making you smile your sunniest smile. And quite possibly you find that when your favourite musical vibrations come on the radio or the DJs record decks, you discover that it can change your mood, your posture, your personal energy levels. Picture or feel yourself for a moment as standing/sitting/lying in a desert, or less than a desert, an infinite empty space. Now fill that space all around you, as far as the extent of the universe, with a multi-dimensional weave of energy (whatever that looks like to you). There are you, at the centre of the universe, and all around in every direction and dimension is nothing but this weave, like a lapping ocean that goes on forever.
(You just became a quantum physicist! Does that feel good?)
